Elecnor Transmissão de Energia S.A. acquired Lot B of Transmission Auction 05/2012 at the amount of R$3,096,000, representing a discount of approximately 0% in relation to the Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) provided by the Agency at the amount of R$3,096,180.00. The RAP is the revenue to which the enterprise is entitled for the provision of transmission services as from the entry into commercial operation of the facilities.
Lot B consists of Substation Sidrolândia in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, whose objective is to meet the request for access required by the Empresa Energética de Mato Grosso do Sul (ENERSUL). The expected entry into commercial operation is 24 months and there is an estimated creation of 140 direct jobs.
