The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) approved during the Public Meeting of the Board last Tuesday (6/12) the opening of the public hearing to discuss the improvement of the Shutdown Length Pattern, the Frequency Pattern of other shutdowns, the Ko factor and the Kp factor, defined in Normative Resolution 270, of 2007. The standard states that the Shutdown Length Pattern, the Frequency Pattern of Other Shutdowns, and the Multiplier Factors for Scheduled Shutdowns (Kp) and Other Shutdowns (Ko) should be reassessed.
