Starting today (06/20) the deadline for submission of contributions to Public Hearing No. 045/2012, whose goal is to receive contributions for the improvement of the proposed amendment of the criterion adopted in defining the component *TUSD Charges, which consists of module 7 of Rate Regulatory Procedures – PRORET.
The public meets a demand of the Brazilian Association of Large Industrial Energy Consumers and Free Consumers (HUG), which filed a request for reconsideration against the criteria adopted in defining the component TUSD charges for recovery of charges for the Global Reversion Reserve – RGR, Research,  Energy Efficiency Development – P & D_EE and Inspection Fee Services Electricity – TFSEE.

TUSD *: Rate of Use of Distribution Systems of Electric Power. It is intended for payment for the use of the distribution system at a given point of connection to the system, comprised of specific components, whose concepts and criteria and review adjustment are defined in Ruling No. 166 of October 1, 2005.
