The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) opened on June 20, the deadline for receipt of contributions to the Public Consultation CP 005/2012. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss the procedures of Marketing (PdC) applicable to the New System of Accounting and Settlement (New SCL) to be used by the House of Electric Energy Commercialization (CCEE). Proposals will be received until 07/04.
The consultation will discuss the first set of documents which make up the new structure and organization of PDCs. The chart below shows the themes under discussion:
