The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) decided not to approve the Hydroelectric Inventory Studies Review of Sapucaí River, from its source to the pool of the Furnas HEP (MG) reservoir.Ownership of the studies belongs to Guerra Laje Engenheiros Associados Ltda. and Minas PCH S.A.
The Hydroelectric Inventory Studies of Rio da Prata (MG), owned by GMG Energia e Participações S.A were also not approved.
The decisions by the Superintendence of Management and Hydro-Energetic Studies (SGH) were published through Dispatches no. 2.063, of 6/20/2012, and no. 2.110, of 6/26/2012. (HP/MR)
