The Public Hearing (AP) [from the Portuguese, Audência Pública] # 71/2012 with the intention of reviewing the chapter of the Normative Resolution # 414/2010 which handles the telephone service rendered by the concessionaires of electricity distribution will receive contributions until this coming November 19.
The interested parties shall send contributions to the following email ap071_2012@aneel.gov.br, by fax (61) 2192-8839 or to the Agency’s address (SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70.830-030), in Brasília (DF). On November 8, a live session will be held at ANEEL’s headquarters, in Brasília, to discuss the matter.
The hearing suggests some changed such as, e.g.: the definition that the tele-service quality will be verified not just by daily and monthly indicators, but also annual; the modification of the deadline for sending the monthly tele-service report from the 15th to the last working day of the month following the verification period; besides the alteration of the period in which the distributor should store the original reports, computer program and equipment originals that originate the monthly reports, from 24 to 60 months.
