This Friday, October 26^th, , is the deadline for the submission of articles that will compose the 5th edition of the Journal of Research and Development (R&D) published by the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL). The articles must report on results of completed projects in the scope of the Research & Development Program regulated by ANEEL, which have not been submitted in the previous editions of the Journal. Companies that, by the terms of Law No. 9991, of July 24, 2000, are obliged to invest in R&D are entitled to send the articles.

The journal has been edited by ANEEL since 2006. The main objective of the publication is to present significant examples of resources that have been efficiently addressed to R&D projects. Thirty articles have been selected to compose the fourth edition of the R & D Magazine,  having been produced by companies that presented solutions to combat the theft of energy, or have been able to improve the maintenance of overhead transmission lines, improve the measurement of consumption and monitor the operations in reservoirs of power plants with a view to reduce risks, among other contributions.
