The board of the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL) has approved Regulatory Resolution No. 512/2012 to amend a rule about the quality of public service of electricity transmission (Normative Resolution No. 270/2007).
With the decision, Article 3 of Resolution 270 was revised to give equal treatment of dealers under bidding and to those concluding an amendment to extend the concession. To this end, it was included in Article 3 of the standard a device determining that, for Transmission Roles, integrating the grant extended, as of 2012, the devices of the Resolution are to be applied, except as provided in relation to the extra feature of the Annual Revenue Allowed and to the Standards Shutdown Period.
Another enhancement approved at the board meeting held last Tuesday (10/30) was the revaluation of the Standard Shutdown Period, the Frequency Pattern of Other Shutdowns, the Multiplying Factor for Scheduled Shutdowns (Kp) and Other Shutdowns (Ko).
