There will be a live transmission on the internet with access on the Agency&#8217;s electronic page (<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/'><b >www.aneel.gov.br<\/b><\/a>). <\/p>\n<p>The survey, carried out since 2000, evaluates the residential electricity consumer&#8217;s satisfaction with the services rendered by the distributors, subsiding them in the perfecting of services rendered.
