In the reporting director&#8217;s vote is contained each one of the contributions made during the public hearing and the technical arguments which motivated the incorporation or not of these suggestions. Such procedure is adopted in all public hearings.<\/p>\n<p>The edict minutes were in documental hearing process between July 9<sup>th<\/sup> and 19<sup>th<\/sup> of this year. In this period 16 contributions were sent from various sector agents, which remain public and available on the internet from the time they were sent. All documents related to the edict&#8217;s text proposal are available on the profile &#8220;A Aneel&#8221;, at the link <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/audiencia\/dspListaAudiencia.cfm?attAnoAud=2008&amp;attAnoFasAud=2008&amp;id_area=13'><u>Audi\u00eancias\/Consultas\/F\u00f3rum\/Audi\u00eancias 2008<\/u><\/a> at electronic address <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/'><u>www.aneel.gov.br<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The tender seeks ths concession of seven lots with the transmission lines and substations foreseen in the Federal Government&#8217;s planning, according to resolution n\u00ba <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/arquivos\/PDF\/Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o%20CNPE%202007%20(Sto%20Antonio).pdf'><b ><u>4\/2007<\/u><\/b><\/a> of the National Council of Energetic Policy (Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Energ\u00e9tica &#8211; CNPE) and resolution n\u00ba <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/cedoc\/res2008010cnd.pdf'><b ><u>10\/2008<\/u><\/b><\/a> by the National Council of Privatization (Conselho Nacional de Desestatiza\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; CND) , which proposes the inclusion of the entrepreneurships in the National Program of Privatization (Programa Nacional de Desestatiza\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; PND).
