RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facility.<\/p>\n<p>Lot P consists of a substation located in S&atilde;o Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul The expected commencement of commercial operations is 24 months, and it is estimated to create 790 direct jobs.
