The offer represents a negative goodwill of 20.06% in relation to the Permitted maximum Annual Revenue (RAP) established by the agency of R$ 30.6 million. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Lot E is composed of two transmission lines and two substations. The expected commencement of the commercial operations is 36 months and it is estimated to create 973 direct jobs.
