The consortium submitted a bid of R$ 174.4 million and there was a negative goodwill of R$ 720 in relation to the Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP), provided by the Agency.<\/p>\n<p>RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.<br \/>\nLot A is composed of transmission lines and substations in the states of S&atilde;o Paulo and Paran&aacute;.
