{"id":9047,"date":"2013-12-20T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-7668","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=9047","title":{"rendered":"Start of Public Consultation to improve Normative Resolution 414\/2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=7668&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nANEEL (the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency) has started Public Consultation 15\/2013 to receive improvements for Normative Resolution 414\/2010 regarding approval of private projects and construction work schedule definition.<\/p>\n<p>The improvements will be made in the Preliminary Regulatory Agenda of ANEEL for 2013-2014, and they will support the regulation foreseen in Normative Resolution 581\/2013, which established the procedures and conditions for the electric energy distributors&rsquo; provision of additional activities.<\/p>\n<p>The public consultation page brings Technical Note 26\/2013 &#8211; SRC\/ANEEL, which will support the work progress and present, besides the proposed alterations, a questionnaire model to submit contributions.<\/p>\n<p>The contributions have to be sent by March 7th, 2014, and the documents can be reviewed <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/consulta_publica\/detalhes_consulta.cfm?IdConsultaPublica=249'><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The consultation will have one more phase, when the improvement themes will be discussed in a public hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Contributions should be sent to <a href='mailto:cp015_2013@aneel.gov.br' title='mailto:cp015_2013@aneel.gov.br'><strong>cp015_2013@aneel.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>or to ANEEL&rsquo;s address: SGAN, Quadra 603, M&oacute;dulo I, T&eacute;rreo, Protocolo Geral, 70830-110, Bras&iacute;lia-DF.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fonte: ANEEL ANEEL (the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency) has started Public Consultation 15\/2013 to receive improvements for Normative Resolution 414\/2010 regarding approval of private projects and construction work schedule definition.
