The Agency estimated the rate was R$ 156.79, R$\/MWh.<\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_Ato2007-2010\/2009\/Lei\/L12111.HTM'><strong>Law No. 12.111\/2009<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;established that from January 1, 2013 payment to Electronuclear of revenue from energy generation Angra 1 and 2 would be divided among all utilities, permittees or authorized dealers for public distribution service in the National Interconnected System &#8211; SIN.
