Attended public hearing No. <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/audiencia\/dspListaDetalhe.cfm?attAnoAud=2005&amp;attIdeFasAud=168&amp;id_area=13'><b>19\/05<\/b><\/a>, which should be held on the 24<sup>th<\/sup>, has been pushed forward to August 30<sup>th<\/sup>. Written contributions on the proposed anticipation of universalization goals can be submitted by e-mail (<a href='mailto:ap019_2005@aneel.gov.br'><b>ap019_2005@aneel.gov.br<\/b><\/a>), fax (61 2192.8839) or mail: SGAN, Quadra 603, M\u00f3dulo I, T\u00e9rreo, Protocolo Geral da Aneel, CEP 70.830-030, Bras\u00edlia-DF, Brazil. It will now be held on September 1<sup>st<\/sup>, rather than August 25<sup>th<\/sup>.
