The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency’s (Aneel) collegiate board of directors approved yesterday, in an ordinary public meeting, the final periodic tariff review index for distribution company Energisa Borborema Distribuidora de Energia S\/A (EBO) – former Companhia Energ\u00e9tica da Borborema (Celb). The new tariffs go into effect today (02\/04) for approximately 150 thousand consumer units in six Para\u00edba municipalities: Campina Grande<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>, Boa Vista, Fagundes, Lagoa Seca, Massaranduba and Queimadas. The resolution will be published in the Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (Official Daily Government Newspaper).<\/p>\n
