The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency’s (Aneel) board of directors published today (03\/03), after the second Periodical Tariff Readjustment (RTP) process of the distributor Companhia Energ\u00e9tica de Pernambuco<\/i> (Celpe), the average preliminary effect that will be noticed differently by consumption classes served by the distributor, according to the high tension customers migration estimative:<\/p>\n
