The new tariffs come into force next Sunday (10\/25) to 1.4 million consumer units in 72 municipalities of <st1:City w:st='on'><st1:place w:st='on'>Rio Grande<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> do Sul.<\/p>\n<p>The average effect of the readjustment is <b >-0.28% (negative)<\/b> and will be applied <b >differently by class of consumption<\/b>.
