Consumers served by electric power distribution companies Empresa de For\u00e7a e Luz Jo\u00e3o Cesa (EFLJC) and Empresa For\u00e7a e Luz de Urussanga Ltda.  (EFLUL) had their rates adjusted by the National Energy Agency (Aneel).  The new rates will take effect as from next Tuesday (03\/30).  Urussanga serves 4,566 consumer units in the municipality of Santa Catarina with the same name as the company, while Jo\u00e3o Cesa provides power for 2,517 consumer units in Sider\u00f3polis (SC).<\/p>\n

The average effect to be noticed by consumers in Urussanga will be an increase of 6.96%,<\/b>  while the effect on consumers served by the distributor Jo\u00e3o Cesa is  3.63%.<\/b> Check below for rates to be applied to bills. The new rates already incorporate the effects of the new methodology proposed in theAmendment Term<\/b><\/a><\/u> approved by ANEEL in the board meeting on February 2nd<\/sup> this year.<\/p>\n
