The Board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved today (08\/03) final indexes of the fifth periodic rate review of Esp\u00edrito Santo Centrais El\u00e9tricas S.A. – ESCELSA.  The new rates come into force as of next 08\/07 to 1.1 million consumers in 70 cities of Esp\u00edrito Santo served by the distributor. The average effect of the review is 0.88% and will be applied differently by consumer class. Check the indexes that will be incorporated into the energy bill:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
