The executive board of the National Energy Agency (Aneel) approved on Tuesday (02\/01) in a public meeting, the rate adjustment of utility Luz e For\u00e7a Santa Maria S.A – ELFSM.  The new rates will come into force as of February 7th<\/sup>, 2011 to 89,000 consumer units of 11 cities of the state of Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n
