The new tariffs will take effect on April 8, 2011 for 7 million consumer units in 774 cities in the state of Minas Gerais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;The average effect on CEMIG-D&rsquo;s captive consumers will be 7.24%.
