\nSix themes of Public Hearing No. 040\/2010, which deals with the establishment of general criteria and methodologies for the third cycle of periodic rate reviews of the franchised distribution of energy return to the discussion. The board decided to reopen the public meeting today at the public hearing to present the results of analysis of the contributions received in the first phase of the process.<\/p>\n

Contributions should be sent by theme (see table) between April 27 and May 27. The Agency has already reopened the non-technical losses item, whose contribution period ended last April 16.<\/p>\n

The third cycle of periodic rate reviews of electricity distributors will occur between 2011 and 2014. For its implementation it is necessary to establish general methodologies and criteria for defining the economic financial balance and the factor X. The methods were grouped in seven cases.<\/p>\n
