\nThe National Energy Agency (ANEEL) ruled yesterday (05\/31), at a meeting of executive board, on company resources related to fines imposed by the inspections of the Agency and of theAgência Goiana de Regulação, Controle e Fiscalização dos Serviços Públicos (AGR ). Check below the value of penalties and ANEEL's decisions, which have the potential appeal of these companies at the administrative level. \n\t\t\t\tThe Agency decided to hear and, on merit, allow the appeal filed by the company. The penalty imposed by the Superintendency of Economic and Financial Inspection (SFF) was reduced to BRL 28,593.97. <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tCopel Distribuição S\/A<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\tThe distributor was fined due to donation of bound goods without the prior consent of the Agency.<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\tBRL 22,582.06<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\tThe Agency decided to hear and, on merits, dismiss the appeal by Copel. The penalty imposed by the Superintendency of Financial Inspection (SFF) was maintained<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n\t\t\t\tCompanhia Jaguari de Energia (CJE)<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\tThe company was fined for not sending the Standard Monthly Balance (BMP) for the months of December 2008 and from January to March 2009<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\tBRL 21,605.15<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\tThe Agency decided to hear and, on merits, dismiss the appeal by CJE. The penalty imposed by the Superintendency of Financial Inspection (SFF) was maintained<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n\t\t\t\tThe company was fined for breaking the limits of frequency and duration of interruptions (DEC and FEC) in 2008.The company breached the limits of 148 sets of a total of 192.<\/td>\n		\n\t\t\t\tBRL 7,920,824.97<\/td>\n\n\t\t\t\t
