\nThe National Energy Agency (ANEEL) maintained the fines imposed on Companhia Estadual de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica– CEEE, on Copel Geração e Transmissão- COPEL – GT, Cemig Distribuição S\/A – CEMIG D, Ampla Energia e Serviços S\/A – AMPLAand Rio Grande Energia S\/A – RGE. The fines imposed amounted to BRL 8.5 million and were due to noncompliance with the terms of the concession contract, breach of telemarketing indicators and rules of operation and maintenance of the substation (check below). The decision was made ​​during the Board meeting held last Tuesday (06\/14).
