(COPEL-DIS). The new tariffs will be in effect on June 24, 2011 and will be applied to 3.7 million consumption units from 393 cities in the state of Paran&aacute;.<\/p>\n<p>The average effect to be noticed by the consumers served by COPEL-DISwill be 2.99%.
