The plant will have 226 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity, consisting of two generating units of 113 MW each. The TPP uses black liquor** and wood waste as fuel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The decision came at a meeting of the executive board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) held last Tuesday (06\/21). Currently, the national energy matrix has 14 plants in operation using black liquor as fuel.
