{"id":12451,"date":"2011-06-27T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-4264","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=12451","title":{"rendered":"ANEEL approves a transfer of corporate control"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=4264&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nThe board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) authorized, during a public meeting this Tuesday (06\/21), the transfer of corporate control of CJ Hydro Gera&ccedil;&atilde;o de Energia S.A, currently held by CJ Energ&eacute;tica S.A, for CJ Participa&ccedil;&otilde;es Ltda.&nbsp;CJ Hydro Gera&ccedil;&atilde;o de Energia S.Ais authorized as an independent power producer through exploitation of Small Hydro Power (SHP) Toca do Tigre, with 12 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity located in the municipalities of Campo Novo and Braga (RS).<\/p>\n<p>It was also authorized the transfer of corporate control of Atl&acirc;ntico Concession&aacute;ria de Transmiss&atilde;o de Energia do Brasil Ltda., Currently held jointly by ARM Telecomunica&ccedil;&otilde;es e Servi&ccedil;os de Engenharia Ltda., ARM Energia e Servi&ccedil;os de Engenharia Ltda. and C CME Constru&ccedil;&atilde;o e Manuten&ccedil;&atilde;o Electromec&acirc;nica S.A., which will be owned exclusively by CME Constru&ccedil;&atilde;o e Manuten&ccedil;&atilde;o Electromec&acirc;nica S\/A.<\/p>\n<p>The Agency also established the deadline of 90 days for the restructuring to be implemented and executed and that the documents evidencing the transaction were forwarded to ANEEL within 30 days from the date of consummation of the transaction.
