{"id":12395,"date":"2011-07-08T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-4320","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=12395","title":{"rendered":"Hearing debates new rules for the sale of power"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=4320&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nStarting today (07\/06) public hearing to receive input to the proposed&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/audiencia\/dspListaDetalhe.cfm?attAnoAud=2011&amp;attIdeFasAud=557&amp;id_area=13&amp;attAnoFasAud=2011'><strong>Trading Rules (RULES)<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;applicable to the New Accounting and Settlement System (New SCL).&nbsp;The new rules aim to make the process clear and transparent the accounting and settlement of the purchase and sale of power within the Energy Trade House (CCEE).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the second step to revise the rules, which underwent public hearing in March 2010.&nbsp;Last year, 11 modules were approved, now ten more come into the audience and, later, two more modules will undergo the same process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 10 modules now under review almost complete rules for the new SCL.&nbsp;These modules contain provisions that impact the accounting process for transactions in the Short-Term Market (MCP) and that reflect the assignments of the House resulting from the institutional model of the electricity sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of the ten modules refers to the calculation of financial guarantees, the rules are part of <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/cedoc\/ren2008336.pdf'><strong>Normative Resolution No.<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href='javascript:void(0)\/*295*\/'>336\/2008<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;This item will have a different period for submission of contributions, limited to 07\/21, via e-mail <a href='mailto:ap039_2011ren@aneel.gov.br'><strong>ap039_2011ren@aneel.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The submission of contributions for other modules, themed New SCL, goes until 08\/06 by e-mail&nbsp;<a href='mailto:ap039_2011scl@aneel.gov.br'><strong>ap039_2011scl@aneel.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<br \/>\nSuggestions for both themes can also be sent by fax (55 61) 2192-8839 or to the address of the Agency (SGAN, Quadra 603, M&oacute;dulo I, T&eacute;rreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70830-030), Bras&iacute;lia (DF).
