{"id":12388,"date":"2011-07-12T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-4327","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=12388","title":{"rendered":"ANEEL signs agreement with regulating body of energy of Portugal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=4327&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nThe National Energy Agency (ANEEL) signed a cooperation agreement with Entidade Reguladora dos Servi&ccedil;os Energ&eacute;ticos de Portugal (ERSE) to exchange knowledge, information and experiences related to regulation of the electricity sector.<\/p>\n<p>The deal took place last Friday (07\/01) during the Fourth Annual Conference of RELOP &#8211; Energy Regulators Association of Portuguese Speaking Countries, in Brasilia (DF).&nbsp;The meeting was attended by Brazilian regulators (ANEEL and ANP), Portugal, Mozambique, Angola and Cape Verde.<\/p>\n<p>In the cooperation agreement, there will be focus on the following topics: organization and functioning of regulatory bodies, legal and technical documentation, training and personnel, technical and legal studies, among others.&nbsp;The agreement does not involve financial obligations in nature, so there will be no transfer of resources between regulators.
