With the decision taken yesterday (07\/12) at a meeting of the college board, the company RBO Energia S\/A kept ownership of the plant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The companies Pires Administra&ccedil;&atilde;o, Planejamento e Participa&ccedil;&otilde;es S\/A, Arcadis Logos Energia S\/A and Planave S\/A Estudos e Projetos de Engenharia previously had authorization to produce electricity through installation of the SHP with 17.2 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The board of ANEEL promoted the transfer following approval, by the technical area, of the legal and tax regularity, technical qualification and financial capacity of the company RBO Energia S\/A.
