\nFailures relating to the quality of services rendered and irregularities discovered during the supervision are among the violations committed by concessionaires in the country. The companies received penalties and filed appeals at the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL). The claims were reviewed during the public board meeting held on Tuesday (12). The Board’s decision ends the possibility of appeal by the concessionaires at the administrative level. Check the table below with details on the violations. (PG\/DB).
