With the decision of last Tuesday (07\/12), the authorization of the thermal plant was transferred from Empresa Produtora de Energia Ltda. (EPE) to Petr&oacute;leo Brasileiro S\/A (Petrobras).<\/p>\n<p>The technical area of the Agency recommended the transfer of the plant&rsquo;s grant after attesting the technical, legal, and tax regularity of the interested company. The TPP Cuiab&aacute; has 529.2 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity and is located in the capital of Mato Grosso.
