{"id":12334,"date":"2011-07-27T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-4381","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=12334","title":{"rendered":"The hearing contribution analysis over limits of the DEC\/FEC is published"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=4381&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nThe National Energy Agency (ANEEL) published Technical Note No. 21\/2011-SRD\/ANEEL which presents the analysis of the contributions received in the second part of Public Hearing No. 46\/2010 concerning the methodology to set the limits of the collective continuity indicators, Equivalent Duration of Interruption per Consumer Unit &#8211; DEC and Equivalent Frequency of Interruption per Consumer Unit &#8211; FEC and the creation of the performance indicator of overall continuity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The proposal aims to apply the new methodology for defining the limits of the DEC and the FEC of electricity distributors in the 3rd cycle of periodic rate reviews.&nbsp;The proposal amending Module 8 of the Distribution Procedures of Electrical Energy in the National Electrical System &#8211; PRODIST will be decided by the Board of ANEEL, in a public meeting.<br \/>\nIn each period of rate review, new limits are set for the DEC \/ FEC indicators, with a skeptical path for the following years.&nbsp;From one cycle to another, these limits become smaller requiring efforts by the company to provide the best service provision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Such Technical Note and its Attachments are available on the ANEEL website,&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/'><strong>www.aneel.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>, on the link <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/audiencia\/dspListaDetalhe.cfm?attAnoAud=2010&amp;attIdeFasAud=439&amp;id_area=13&amp;attAnoFasAud=2011'><strong>Hearings\/Consultations\/Forum<\/strong><\/a>.
