{"id":11766,"date":"2011-11-29T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T04:00:00","slug":"ANEEL-4949","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sindenergia.com.br\/seminario\/?p=11766","title":{"rendered":"ANEEL publishes the result of project analysis and inventory study"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Fonte: <\/b><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/aplicacoes\/noticias\/Output_Noticias.cfm?Identidade=4949&#038;id_area=90'><b>ANEEL<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved the hydropower inventory studies of the &Aacute;gua BrancaCreek, in Mato Grosso do Sul, they were approved by ANEEL and published by SGH in the Official Journal of 11\/25, through&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/visualiza\/index.jsp?jornal=1&amp;pagina=64&amp;data=25\/11\/2011' target='_blank'>Order No. 4522<\/a>.Such studies identified a use with 2.9 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity in the locality.<\/p>\n<p>With the approval of these studies, hydroelectric projects identified will be part of the portfolio of plants available for preparation of feasibility studies and basic project.<\/p>\n<p>The basic design of small hydroelectric plant (SHP) Rinc&atilde;o, however, located in Lages, Santa Catarina, was disapproved by the Superintend&ecirc;ncia de Gest&atilde;o e Estudos Hidroenerg&eacute;ticos(SGH), for breach of articles of&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/cedoc\/res1998395.pdf' target='_blank'>Resolution No. 395\/2008<\/a>.&nbsp;The articles refer to the &quot;development studies or projects supported by consistent and appropriate studies to the basic step and the size of each enterprise, as well as to meet the good level of technical solutions for projects and facilities.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>By&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/imprensa\/visualiza\/index.jsp?jornal=1&amp;pagina=65&amp;data=25\/11\/2011' target='_blank'>Order No. 4526<\/a>, published in the Official Journal of 11\/25, the registration of Lautis Empreendimentos e Participa&ccedil;&otilde;es Ltda. for the preparation of studies of the PCH became inactive.<\/p>\n<p>The inventory studies already approved by ANEEL, as well as a list of studies that are being analyzed, can be found on the website of the Agency in&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/biblioteca\/inventario.cfm' target='_blank'>Hydroelectric Inventory&nbsp;<\/a>and&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/area.cfm?idArea=428&amp;idPerfil=2' target='_blank'>Monitoring of Studies and Projects<\/a>.
