The decision does not allow a new appeal of the company in the administrative sphere.<\/p>\n<p>CHESF was fined for violating the following determinations imposed by Order <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/cedoc\/dsp20101711.pdf' target='_blank'>1711\/2010<\/a>of ANEEL: the end of the Agreement for the Connection to the Transmission System between CHESF and Coelba and the establishment of the Facilities Sharing Agreement between CHESF and Afluente.
