The hearing also aims to seek adjustments in the Usage Rate of Distribution systems (TUSD) of units in this subgroup.<\/p>\n<p>Open as of last week (12\/22), the hearing, for exchange of documents, may receive contributions until February 3 this year.&nbsp;The proposal is based on the Agency&#39;s determination of a connection charge to consider the full responsibility of the consumer of subgroup A1 for the cost of facilities for the exclusive use of the consumer unit and the Basic Network.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The draft resolution and the technical note in the proposal prepared by the technical areas of ANEEL are available for consultation on the Agency website (<u><a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/'><strong>www.aneel.gov.br<\/strong><\/a><\/u>), in <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/area.cfm?idArea=244&amp;idPerfil=9'><strong>hearings\/consultation\/forum<\/strong><\/a>.
