The signing of the contract was carried out by the General Director of the Agency, Nelson H&uuml;bner, and by the representatives of SPE Transnorth Energy S\/A old Boa Vista Consortium. The company is composed of the Northen Brazilian Power Stations S.A (49%) and Alupar Investments S.A. (51%). With the ceremony, all concession contracts from the auction were signed.<\/p>\n<p>The A Lot possesses two lines of transmission and two substations found in the states of Amazonas and Roraima. Check <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/arquivos\/PDF\/lt-004-2011-detalhamento-dos-lotes-A.pdf' target='_blank'>here<\/a> for more information on the projects which have been bid on.<\/p>\n<p>The 12 auctioned lots are made up by 2.051 kilometers of transmission lines and 12 substations with 6.900 Megavolt amperes (MVA) of power. The projects will be localized in the states of Roraima, Par&aacute;, Mato Grosso, Goi&aacute;s, Paran&aacute;, Minas Gerais, Piau&iacute;, Pernambuco, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, S&atilde;o Paulo, Alagoas e Para&iacute;ba.
