\nBrazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) board of directorshomologated today (07\/10) the results of the Transmission Auction n° 05\/2012 and awarded sellers the five disputed allotments. <\/strong>It was a total of six lots, but there was not anyone interested in Lot F, and it should return in the next auction held by the agency.<\/p>\n

Held on June 6th<\/sup> at BM&FBBOVESPA head office, in Sao Paulo, the auction was finalized with 1.04% discount. Transmission lines and substations were bid in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais and Bahia. The maximumAllowed Annual Revenue(RAP, in Portuguese) to be paid to entrepreneurs, as determined in the proclamation, is of R$ 99.9 million. The final deadline to issue the chronogram and the budget of the facilities constructionis July 16th<\/sup>. On this day it should be also delivered the SPE or transmission concessionaires documents required to the concession contract. Two week days before the date to be set to the signature of the concession contract, the entrepreneurs must turn in the guarantee of faithful compliance. The contracts must be signed in 14 days after the summon date.<\/p>\n

The finaldeadline of the constructions will be from 18 to 24 months and the concession contracts are due for 30 years.<\/p>\n
