\nCompanies interested can send your contributions to the Public Hearing, whose main purpose is to collect subsides to the Proclamation of Auction n° 07\/2012 that is designated to offer electric power transmission to public service in Tocantins, Piauí, Bahia, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Goiás and Acre states. Eight lots will be auctioned, being Lot A (TO, PI and BA states) and Lot G (BA, MG and GO states) are associated to the beginning of the energy distribution to be produced in Belo Monte Hydroelectric Power Plant. Both lots require an investment of R$ 2.8 billion and are denominated as Pre-Belo Monte.Check here<\/a> the description of the lots

\nOne of the main changes of the previous Transmission Auction Proclamations is about the exclusion of the participation in the bidding eventindividuals or in consortium that detains over 10% of participation, of companies with delay history in implementing transmission ventures in the last three years. These companies also cannot have received three or more penalties related to execution of construction of transmissions in the last three years, passed into matter adjudged in the administrative sphere.

\nTransmission lines, substations and other transmission installations are contemplated in the Grants Agenda, issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME, in Portuguese)  denominated “Consolidations of Constructions of Basic Network – from 2012 to 2014”.
