The hearing was approved on Tuesday (10\/30) at the Public Meeting of the Board.<\/p>\n<p>For public utilities transmission choosing the extension of their concession contracts, there will be new Annual Revenue Allowed &#8211; RAP. Thus, to meet the goal of Provisional Measure No. 579, of 2012, to reduce the cost of electricity to the consumer, new TUSTs shall be calculated, considering the new RAP.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal under public hearing discusses the extraordinary calculation under <a href='http:\/\/www.mme.gov.br\/mme\/galerias\/arquivos\/legislacao\/decreto\/2012\/Decreto_n_7.805-2012.pdf' target='_blank'><strong>Decree No. 7805, of 2012<\/strong><\/a>, from January 1 to June 30, 2013.
