Access <a href='http:\/\/www.aneel.gov.br\/arquivos\/PDF\/Tabela%20Itaipu%202018.pdf' target='_blank'><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;the values defined by ANEEL.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style='text-align: justify'>\n\tAccording to <a href='http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/Leis\/L5899.htm' target='_blank'><strong>Law # 5.899\/1973<\/strong><\/a>, the total amount of energy purchased from Itaipu in Brazil and the respective cost will be distributed among the distributors of Southeast\/Midwest and South subsystems in proportion to the shares they are designated by the Granting Power.<\/p>\n<p>The part quotas for the year of 2018 were calculated observing the values in reference to the invoiced market of captive consumers of each quota dealer, verified in the period covered between September 2011 and August 2012, as established in Resolution # 331\/2008.
