\nThe board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) decided last Tuesday (12\/11) to hold a public hearing regarding the Trading Rules applicable to the New Accounting and Liquidation System (NSCL). The Agency’s purpose is to collect contributions on the drafting of a regulation concerning approval of 16 modules of these rules.

\nThe hearing should receive contributions from today (12\/12) to 12\/21. Check below the 16 modules of the rules under hearing:

\ni) Physical Warranty Module;
\n 
\nii) Agreement Module;
\n 
\niii) MRE Module;
\n 
\niv) Exposition Handling Module;
\n 
\nv) Reimbursement Module;
\n 
\nvi) Charge Module;
\n 
\nvii) Result Consolidation Module;
\n 
\nviii) Voting and Voluntary Contribution (Governance) Module;
\n 
\nix) Financial Warranty Module;
\n 
\nx) Energy Penalty Module;
\n 
\nxi) Power Penalty Module;
\n 
\nxii) Reserve Energy Penalty Module (new module);
\n 
\nxiii) Transmission (TUST) and Distribution System Use Tariff (TUST) Discount Calculation Module;
\n 
\nxiv) Regulated Environment Electivity Trade Agreement Sale Revenue Readjustment Module – CCEAR by availability;
\n 
\nxv) Reserve Energy Contracting Module; and
\n 
\nxvi) Physical Warranty Quota Regime Module (new module).
