\nThe Forum of Directors of Federal Regulatory Agencies offers below the files of the presentations displayed at the seminar "Perspectives and Highlights of Federal Regulation in 2012" held on 12\/06 at the Auditorium Flávio Terra Barth of the National Waters Agency (ANA – Agência Nacional de Águas<\/em>), in Brasília.<\/p>\n

At the seminar, the directors of the ten federal regulatory agencies present the main regulatory projects undertaken by authorities this year, focusing on public participation and transparency.

\nThe Forum of Federal Regulatory Agencies is a convergence effort between directors and teams of ten regulatory agencies, promoting and enhancing the exchange of experiences for the improvement of institutional performance and the very model of regulation in Brazil.
