RAP is the revenue which the entrepreneur will have the right to for the transmission service starting from when the installations&rsquo; commercial operation starts.<\/p>\n<p>Lot B is composed by the Assis &ndash;Paragua&ccedil;u Paulista II Transmission Line and by the substation Paragua&ccedil;u Paulista II, in the state of S&atilde;o Paulo.
