The Resolution also provides for the mandatory details of the reasons which lead to the penalty, which is derived from that punitive process, in which the Infraction notice was issued and there is no possibility of appeal.<\/p>\n<p>The ONS Accounting Manual was instituted by Normative Resolution N&ordm; 73\/2003.
