The hearing should also discuss the establishment of parameters for total losses and discount in the distribution system usage tariff for the period 2013 to 2015.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe proposal is an average reduction of <strong>-24.70%<\/strong> for low-voltage consumers and <strong>-40.45%<\/strong> for high-voltage consumers.
