The board of directors of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) altered the starting date for the test period in reference to the application of the tariff flafs to June 2013. The application of the flags shall be operationalized by the national distributors starting in January 2014.
With today’s decision (04/16), the flags shall be informed to the consumer on their bills starting June 1st.
