The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency(ANEEL) has extended the deadline for receiving contributions to Public Hearing No. 26/2013, from April 29 to May 13. The hearing will receive contributions about updating the Accounting Manual for the Electric Sector (MCSE).
The Agency's proposal seeks to incorporate, in the MCSE, the international accounting practices introduced in the country by the Accounting Statements Committee (CPC). The new manual will come into force on January 1st, 2014.
Those interested in collaborating with alterations to the manual should send their contributions by May 13 to ap026_2013@aneel.gov.bror to the Agency's address (SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70830-030), Brasília (DF). (DB)
